Nforma is easy to use, reliable and stable. Whilst I appreciate that school reports aren't a teacher's favourite past time, importantly they are not battling with a program that doesn't work. NForma, whether it's marking the daily attendance roll or writing student reports is clear and functional. It also responds to teacher feedback. When teachers feel an improvement can be made, Steve and his team intelligently take this on board. So the product of today is in direct response to what teachers want and need. 2. nForma is always responsive and there to help. Steve and his team will always respond, normally within the hour, when help is required. They always know their stuff, know how to get things fixed, are super patient and nothing is ever too much trouble. It is great to have this level of customer service in the IT industry. I cannot fault nForma and thank Steve for his many years of service to my schools.
